Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures (asanas) that are held for longer periods of time while focusing on slow stretching, breath and meditation. Yin Yoga is a great compliment to any other physical activity or sports as it keeps the body supple and the mind able to find stillness.
Yin targets deep connective tissue- tendons, ligaments. Parts of our physical body that really need to be loved. When we show love to our bodies we heal and create space for balance.”

Yoga doesn’t have to be a grueling or intense experience. It doesn’t have to work you so hard it hurts in order for you to get maximum benefit from it. Yoga is an ancient practice that is about transformation, healing, and health; it's a practice accessible to everyone. In this class, primarily designed for older adults (55+), and welcome to all ages and body types, we’ll focus on keeping the body open, strong, and in balance through a more gentle approach for tight or aging bodies. Attention to strength and balance in the areas that are most needed as we age is given in this class while maintaining a deep connection to the energy and spirit of Yoga. This may very well be the class that changes your life from the inside out. Plus Daniel keeps it fun and entertaining, not taking himself or the practice too seriously:

This class is Beginner level - physically
& Includes the philosophy and energy for building a sound, stable approach for a more advanced understanding of the practice.
